Getting started

1. Complete your onboarding forms

As soon as you purchase a plan, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to your onboarding forms. This is where you’ll tell us about your business, style preferences, and what you want on your site.

2. Approve your design

Once we’ve built your first draft, you’ll get a preview link via email. You’ll have a chance to:

• Request revisions (two rounds)
• Approve the layout
• Share any last tweaks before we launch

3. Launch & go live

Once you give the green light, we’ll connect your domain and officially launch your new site. You’ll get a confirmation email and tips on how to share it with the world.

Common questions

How long does it take to get my first draft?
Most websites are delivered within 7–10 business days of receiving your completed onboarding form.

What if I need changes after launch?
Every Wibsy plan includes ongoing updates. Just submit a quick request here and we’ll take care of it.
